Als Experte für digitale Kommunikation unterstütze ich Unternehmen bei Projekten zur internen und externen Kommunikation. Die strategische Vorgehensweise ist dabei der wesentliche Faktor für den Erfolg dieser Projekte. Das trifft für Intranet-, Internetprojekte in gleicher Weise zu, wie auf Projekte, die auf der Nutzung sozialer Medien basieren. Mein Angebot reicht von eintägigen Workshops bis hin zu einer langfristigen Projektbegleitungen.
Basis meines Wissens ist eine 12-jährige Tätigkeit in Marketing und Kommunikation der ABB AG. Zu meinen Aufgaben gehörte die strategische Entwicklung von klassischen Onlineportalen, wie Intranet und Internet. Die Auseinandersetzung mit den sozialen Medien für die interne und externe Nutzung hat dabei einen immer größeren Raum eingenommen. Durch meine Tätigkeit in vielen globalen Gremien und Projekte galt ich als anerkannter Experte in diesem Themenfeld.
Seit 2010 für ich Projekte für deutsche und internationale Konzerne durch. Ergänzt wird diese Tätigkeit durch regelmäßige Researchprojekte zu den Themen Enterprise 2.0 und Informationsmanagement.

Totally agree with the explanation.When I began esidgn and implement SaltOS (a business tool as CRM/ERP/Management suite), my first objective was to do a useful tool for the users of my organization. My concern was that the work made to customers was not billed, or not control the deployment of our projects, or the lost of documentation related with the daily work. For this objective, I esidgn a simple intranet with few features but powerful. The results was that never lost information, all works was invoiced to our costumers and the management was correct.This is a very big error: the company need tools to work, but not all tools are good. It’s important the review of the tools, detect improvements and apply it because never, the first release is good. An intranet can solve some problems but need feedback and needs to evolve as the rest of the software to acomplish all real objectives.Josep.
